My name is Amanda Hazlett. I was born and raised in Tullahoma. I am married to Dustin Hazlett, and we have two beautiful children, Sawyer and Charlotte.
I graduated from Tullahoma High School in 1998 and then went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I also have a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Middle Tennessee State University.
My 14 years of teaching have all been spent in Kindergarten and East Lincoln. As a teacher, my primary goal is to show students that I care. I care about their well being, their emotional state and I care about their education. I hope that my kids leave my classroom with the tools to be productive, caring citizens in our community. I believe in them, and I hope they know that.
